In the event your Mitel Connect app loses its configuration and requests server and//or other information please refer to the below information to get regain access.

Within the Server entry type in 10.10.52.5, followed by checking the "Remember me" box to prevent Mitel from auto wiping the inserted info after closing the app. 

No other settings need to be enabled or adjusted to regain access. If you are still experiencing issues after following this guide, please reach out to IT.
