IMPORTANT: Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) is registered to the device not the individual.
- If you purchase a new device or plan to purchase a new device. It is vital that you retain your old device to maintain access to your accounts that require MFA until you have registered the new device with the accounts that require MFA.
- If you have already replaced the device prior to completing the steps in the first bullet point please submit a ticket to have your MFA reset. Also include which services you require access (UKG, Springbrook, Microsoft) to in the ticket body.
- The MFA reset will require the user to undergo the MFA setup process again.
