Additional Tips
Force the landing page:
- Open a browser and visit
- 1.1.1.1 or http://neverssl.com (watch for autocorrect of HTTPS instead of HTTP)
- This should trigger the library's Wi-Fi login page
- Ensure Wi-Fi is turned on and Airplane Mode is off
- Move closer to a Wi-Fi access point for a stronger signal (circular round UFO device on ceiling tile)
- Some devices, after going through various troubleshooting steps will simply not connect, and that could be due to a number of reasons that cannot be remedied by library staff

While we strive to provide reliable public Wi-Fi, we cannot guarantee connectivity or troubleshoot all device-specific issues.
Similar to our circulating mobile hotspots, various factors can affect Wi-Fi performance and availability.
