- We cannot guarantee connectivity service for Mobile Hotspots.
- T-Mobile powers the Mobile Hotspot service.
- The service provider reserves the right to slow down or disconnect service at their discretion (due to network performance/load), which may result in temporary disruption of Mobile Hotspot service.
- Older devices may not be compatible with the hotspot device. We recommend patrons check their device compatibility before borrowing the device.
- Mobile Hotspots use WPA2 Personal encryption, requiring a password to connect devices to it. The password is in the included laminated card.
- Staff are unable to assist with device connectivity issues. Patrons should contact their device manufacturer for assistance with connectivity issues.
- Mobile Hotspots offered are for the convenience of our patrons and is subject to availability.
- While in their possession, patrons are responsible for any damages, missing parts, or unreturned Hotspots.
- Failure to return Mobile Hotspots by the due date will have service disconnected and may result in a fine imposed on the respective library account for the total replacement cost unless returned.
