At times some PDFs have multiple layers which can cause printing issues when submitted to print queues. Rather than attempt to convert the PDF to a printer friendly format, you can simply print it off as an image, the below will explain how.

1. In the Print dialog for Adobe Reader, make sure Print in grayscale (black and white) option is un-checked.

2. Double-check that Print on both sides of paper is checked.

3. Once those are set properly, click on Advanced.

4. In the Advanced Print Setup menu, check next to Print As Image, and then click OK.

5. The file should now print without issue. The cause of this problem can be attributed to a unique font, weird overlay (not supported by printer), or some other unique feature of the document.
