If any iPad at the iPad table station is having volume issues please look at the following solutions.
Volume is turned off or down on iPad
At times patrons will lower the volume on iPads found at the iPad table, sometimes to the point of the iPad being unable to play sounds/music. To resolve this follow the steps below.
Swipe down from the battery indicator (top right hand side of screen) to bring up the Control Center
Adjust volume by dragging your finger up or down on the volume gauge
Headphone Safety Option is Enabled
If the volume is turned all the way up via the Control Center, then the Headphone Safety Option is enabled in the settings.
Open the Settings App
Navigate the left menu and tap on Sounds
Tap the Reduce Loud Sounds option to turn off feature
Return to the home screen and test volume using an app that has music/sound.
